Hahahahaha, it is a bitch when freedom works both ways, innit....
He used his freedom to speak his mind
And the university used its freedom to sack his sorry ass........ :lmao:

like in some countries people use their freedom to think something, and government uses its freedom to prison them for it. In N. Korea, for example.

Ohh I didnt know they prisoned him!
Ohhhhhhhhhh, riiiiiiiggggggghhhhhhhtttttt, thats because they didnt.....

If a bakery has the freedom to refuse service to gay couples marriage, which I think they do,
Then a university has the freedom to refuse service to gay haters

That is free and fair...

Wrong.
Former Oregon bakery owners must pay $135,000 for denying lesbians wedding cake

hm, why prisoning isn't free and fair? If court doesn't like gay haters, or jury doesn't like, they might send him to prison. Such a different form of expressing freedom. I think in some years we will see this.

Even tho you bolded the "which I think they do"

Thats what I am saying, this is wrong
Do you agree bakery has the right to refuse service?
If you don't, that makes you a liberal, and you then can oppose to Shef Uni in their decision of refusing...

Consistency is what we are looking for

Prison is different tho. Societies could be much better in this subject.

I don't think that clerk deserved a prison either. If she refused to work and issue marriage license to gay couple, which she has the right to do so, they could have used their right to fire her and be done with it.

Giving her jail time for that is crazy...

Then you would support him being able to sue the university the same way the lesbian couple sued the bakers?

No, why would I?

I am no liberal. I support freedoms and government can do this or that but can't jail people or force them to do things.

University has every right to refuse service to him, as much as the bakery has the right to refuse service to anybody they dont want to serve...
Its that simple...

How could he do a social workers job with that mindset ?
Waste of time training him just so he can cause trouble with his primitive views.

Isn't it wonderful the freedoms liberals willingly give to their government? Freedom to spy on you; and more and more, the Freedom to ruin your life if you dare oppose the ruling party.
