But I think this could have been written a little better. Is OP saying that if all abortion were made illegal, a woman could be held accountable for not eating well during pregnancy? Well, I think women should be held accountable if they use heroin.. and other dangerous drugs.

It seems humans can survive quite long on junk food. Some who eat a lot of junk food look pretty healthy, in fact -- not that looks are everything..
