He did enough lying on his own. He was just smoother about it than those that followed, including trump. I do not hold impeached Presidents up as Role models, even if I was serving as an Officer at the time. I did like his lies better. Not nearly as much as the new Trump Republican's like support and spread Trumpisms, but better.
