Also the source for those numbers are from 1998 to 2000. Why would Bush report on those numbers for The State of the Union?

Other than his cherry picked crime stats I have no problem with the other ranks. It is proof of how strong of a nation we are. Obviously David is anti-USA acknowledged by his placement of the thread.

Which is, of course, why the only people Saddam killed more of than Iranians were Iraqis. Some united plan for peace.
