Yes! Trump should work to closed down the un-constitutional federal Dept of Education

I doubt art is the intention of those so-called "artists". It's just attention whoring.
:yes_text12:

Whoring at taxpayer expense and a sophisticated assault on taxpayers' obvious rights, e.g., are we to forget the wise words of Thomas Jefferson who stated the following? ”That to compel a man to furnish contributions of money for the propagation of opinions which he disbelieves and abhors, is sinful and tyrannical. . .”

And, are we to forget what our Supreme Court has stated? "To lay with one hand the power of the government on the property of the citizen [a working person’s earned wage] and with the other to bestow upon favored individuals, [for the production of their “art”] to aid private enterprises and build up private fortunes is none the less a robbery because it is done under forms of law and called taxation."____ Savings and Loan Association v.Topeka,(1875).

The two federal agencies, the unconstitutional National Endowment for the Arts, and the unconstitutional National Endowment for the Humanities have been used to finance, at taxpayer expense, perversions of our sexual deviant crowd for quite some time as I previously pointed out, such as Andres Serrano's anti-Christian bigotry called "P*** Christ"; Robert Mapplethorpe’s homosexual display called “The Perfect Moment”; Annie Sprinkle’s pornographic performances at a New York theater; Karen Finley, “the nude, chocolate smeared women”; Kyle Abraham’s “The Watershed and When the Wolves Came In” focusing on sexual identity; a 2016 festival for sexual deviant singing groups who appeared in a “flash mob” in Denver; taxpayer financing for a sexual deviant festival in San Francisco; funding for the Feminist Press at the City University of New York to digitize classic LGBT titles; an open mic group in D.C for story telling about “Queer Culture in America"; and the latest venomous and hateful smut on display financed by tax revenue being Shakespeare In Central Park depicting the violent murder of President Trump.

Most conservative critics of education in this forum are simply not educated about education. It is strange that all of the public school teachers, both active and retired like me, liberal and conservative, tend to agree that most of you are lost in your own little world of your own creation. Even when proven wrong without a doubt, you scream, "Nuh unh" and stomp your feet like a 3-year-old.

Federal funding of the “arts” has given rise to a self-evident abridgement of “freedom of speech” and unequal law in that government uses its taxing power to tax A, and then arbitrarily and at government discretion hands this revenue over to B which allows B to spread and broadcast his/her expressions, opinions and feelings in a more forceful manner than A, who has been taxed, even if A finds B’s expressions, opinions and feelings offensive and abhorrent.

Did you teach in China like looser Walz, who is a tool of the Chinese Communist Party?

I wouldn't think of referencing the Democrat's imaginary constitution which creates agencies that participate in indoctrination, propaganda, and use tax dollars to display sexual deviant behavior such as Andres Serrano's anti-Christian bigotry called "P*** Christ"; Robert Mapplethorpe’s homosexual display called “The Perfect Moment”; Annie Sprinkle’s pornographic performances at a New York theater; Karen Finley, “the nude, chocolate smeared women”; Kyle Abraham’s “The Watershed and When the Wolves Came In” focusing on sexual identity; a 2016 festival for sexual deviant singing groups who appeared in a “flash mob” in Denver; taxpayer financing for a sexual deviant festival in San Francisco; funding for the Feminist Press at the City University of New York to digitize classic LGBT titles; an open mic group in D.C for story telling about “Queer Culture in America"; and the latest venomous and hateful smut on display financed by tax revenue being Shakespeare In Central Park depicting the violent murder of President Trump.

That Constitution is about to be given the boot, along with the sexual deviants who imagine it exists.

The Constitution was given the boot a long time ago. The USA Patriot Act is a clear example of such illegitimate legislation, and there are many more.

What do you hope to gain if this is done?

Having our federal government being more in line with the terms of our Constitution, and precluding the federal government from sponsoring the speech and expressions of some at the expense of others who are forced to finance government's arbitrary choices.

“Former WWE executive Linda McMahon, tapped by Donald Trump to lead the Department of Education, announced plans to transfer significant control of education policies back to the states. The controversial move has sparked heated debates, with critics arguing that such decentralization could exacerbate existing inequalities in public education.”

Centralizing the power has created the current and failing public education system.
