Trump can end fraudulent birthright citizenship bestowed on illegals offspring

Get rid of illegal aliens and their anchor babies and we wouldn't need as many doctors and need fewer hospitals as well in the first place, dufus.

There is no such thing as an "anchor baby."

The law has already been settled.

You can't argue in law that birthright is only policy.
"... and subject to the jurisdiction thereof..."

John A. Bingham, considered the architect of the 14th Amendment, remarks on the intended meaning of “jurisdiction” as it appears in the amendment:

“I find no fault with the introductory clause, which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen…” Congressional Globe, 39th Congress (March 9th,1866)

FACT: Congress has not exercised its Section 5 authority adopting appropriate legislation under the 14th Amendment granting citizenship to the offspring of illegal entrant foreign nationals born on American soil.

“Without the enforcement clause, the provisions of the Fourteenth Amendment would be moot. This clause gives Congress the power to pass legislation with the goal of enforcing the Amendment. As a result, Congress has used this clause to ensure all Americans enjoy the rights outlined in the Fourteenth Amendment.” SOURCE

FACT: In 1924, Congress exercised its authority and adopted appropriate legislation extending birth right citizenship to Indians by the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924

FACT: To date there is no appropriate legislation or statutory law adopted by Congress granting citizenship to a child born on American soil to an illegal entrant foreign national.

FACT: Today nothing more than unwritten policy recognizes them as citizens upon birth.

FACT: The good news is, Trump can change that policy with a stroke of his pen.

The whole aim of construction, as applied to a provision of the Constitution, is to discover the meaning, to ascertain and give effect to the intent of its framers and the people who adopted it._____HOME BLDG. & LOAN ASSOCIATION v. BLAISDELL, 290 U.S. 398 (1934)

Note that the Wong Kim Ark ruling based birthright citizenship on the status of his parents when born, who were lawfully domiciled in the United States. Our current statutory wording for lawfully domiciled is lawful permanent residence (LPR) SOURCE

And, as expressed under existing statutory law see: A. General Requirements for Acquisition of Citizenship at Birth
In general, a person born outside of the United States may acquire citizenship at birth if all of the following requirements are met at the time of the person’s birth:

The person is a child[2] of a U.S. citizen parent(s);

The U.S. citizen parent meets certain residence or physical presence requirements in the United States or an outlying possession before the person’s birth in accordance with the applicable provision;[3] and

The person meets all other applicable requirements under either INA 301 or INA 309.

Considering the current recognition of birthright citizenship granted to the offspring of an illegal entrant foreign national is nothing more than unwritten “policy”, President Trump has a number of options to put an end to birthright citizenship being recognized for the offspring of illegal entrant foreign nationals born on American soil. See: Here’s how Pres. Trump can end Birthright Citizenship…

YES! Trump can end fraudulent birthright citizenship being bestowed on the offspring of illegal entrant foreign nationals.

“If aliens might be admitted indiscriminately to enjoy all the rights of citizens at the will of a single state, the Union might itself be endangered by an influx of foreigners, hostile to its institutions, ignorant of its powers, and incapable of a due estimate of its privileges." - Joseph Story
No, Trumpy can't "executive order " his way around the Constitution. As usual, he's blowing smoke up your ass.

Birthright citizenship was clearly intended to insure the rights of slave offspring, not illegal aliens. Trump MUST END this madness.
I heard someone say that Trump's 3 oldest kids and his youngest son would all be the offspring of illegal immigrant women. Is this true?

Birth-right citizenship should be one of the first things ended by Trump if he has the authority to do so. Congress should then codify it.

Even if he doesn't, do it anyway as it will take two years for it to get to SCOTUS so end it by EO and let the people have their voices heard by SCOTUS for two years and then see how they rule on the matter.

I'm damn sick and tired of seeing damn near every woman of birthing age coming across our border all preggers.
Trump should make this EO retroactive. That way his 3 oldest children and youngest son would be anchor babies. Their Mommas were not American citizens when they were born.
Please remind Trump of this. :auiqs.jpg:

His children are citizens because they were born here.

His children are citizens because he is a citizen.

No, only one parent is necessary for citizenship. Trump is a natural born citizen, for proof, look at his occupancy of the presidency twice.
