I'm all for taking their lumber, carbon, air and refusing to defend the cheapskate freeloaders, who can stay the **** NORTH of the 49th parallel. (sarcasm)
I don't like taking their air. Remember the forest fires last summer? I couldn't ******* breath. I went up north Michigan from Metro Detroit thinking up there where there are more trees it'd be better air but it was just as bad.
Smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to spread across the skies across much of the Great Lakes.
The smoke may dim the sun and create colorful sunrises and sunsets. Where smoke is the thickest and reaching the surface, reduced visibilities, and a campfire smell may be evident at times. The smoke will also create air quality issues at times, mainly for sensitive groups.
They said we'd experience it this summer too but I don't recall not being able to breath this summer because if their forest fires.
