Biden could have also gotten rid of the federal death penalty altogether, but he didn't. Do you know what crimes those sitting on federal death row have committed? What kind of empathy or humanity did they give to their victims? Absolutely none. I don't gaf what other states or countries do, I care about these victim's families seeing the monsters that killed their loved ones getting justice. In order for someone to be in that situation,

• Congress must have passed a law making a certain crime a "capital" crime,
• One must have committed that capital crime,
• One must have been indicted, tried, and convicted,
• A jury devoted its time and emotional energy pondering the sentence, and decided that death was warranted,
• All appeals must have played out...

And some jag-off President (or Governor) wants to set all that aside because it makes him feel uncomfortable?
