Our Supreme Court has never found that the offspring of an illegal entrant foreign national born on American soil is a citizen of the United States upon birth.

But hey, you can make stuff up all day long, but you cannot change the truth and facts to what they are not.

Well, I see you finally posted the qualifier "...and subject to the jurisdiction thereof...".

So, your original assertion "... if you're born in the borders of the USA, the Constitution says you're a citizen ..." was not true after all.

Well, if you THINK ABOUT IT, then you'll see the problem.

Imagine I was born in the US to Chinese parents. I don't live in the USA. Therefore your argument is "you're not a US citizen". Fine.

However if I get on a plane and land on US soil, all of a sudden I'm a US citizen.

So, if I'm in the US and I was born in the US I can get a US passport

If I was born in the US, but I'm not in the US and I have a US passport, are they going to take that passport away from me? No, they're not.

The problem there is you can't take citizenship away from people.

Essentially international law says you can't take away citizenship.

Certainly you can't take away citizenship from anyone who actually lives in the US.

The next problem is, how do you find out whether someone lives in the US or not? The US simply doesn't have that level of information.

China does. China knows who is in their country, who isn't in their country, what their address is, etc etc etc, because they love bureaucracy. But the US doesn't.

So, it'd cost an absolute fortune to figure it out, and for what?
 
You go back that far you will be deporting successful business men and women that own businesses, not to mention the many good doctor's and all been contributing to society here in the U.S.

Get rid of illegal aliens and their anchor babies and we wouldn't need as many doctors and need fewer hospitals as well in the first place, dufus.

Anybody on our soil, unless a foreign diplomat, is subject to our jurisdiction.

I responded to a post that said go back to the 70's and deport illegals and anchor babies. Well, those illegal's that gave birth to those so called anchor babies are more than likely dead and a good majority of the so called anchor babies contributed to our society and many successful. So you are the fucking dufus that wants to go back that far. Maybe we should deport fucking stupid people like yourself.

The evidence is, neither you nor anyone else can quote the wording of a federal statute and give its citation, under which the offspring of an illegal entrant foreign national born on American soil is granted United States citizenship upon birth.

The fact is, existing policy, not law, recognizes the offspring of an illegal entrant foreign national born on American soil as a citizen of the United States upon birth.

The good news is, Trump can change that policy with a stroke of his pen.
