Trumps home raided by fbi

Why didn't he do that when he was President?
The obvious answer (which no one will admit to) is that he can’t. Trump can’t do shit. He can tell people to do things, but in this country if those people refuse Trump can’t do much about it other then fire them and replace them.

Trump isn’t stupid enough to think that would fly in this country. But maybe if he gets another term he will adequately clean out the government and install his cronies. Doubtful but it’s what he’s talking about now.

It would not surprise me if they don't plant evidence. First of all:
  1. A president has unmitigated access to and control over determining the classification level of any document.
  2. A president doesn't handle or pack anything he takes with him leaving office, the WH staff do all of that.
  3. This apparently is over some document the national archives wants for itself which means all they had to do was ask for it. You don't raid people homes blowing up safes.
  4. The sole purpose of this is for the Deep State to make one last grasp at trying to bar Trump from seeking reelection because they know their power is at stake and Trump has done nothing but gain in popularity witgh the people of the United States.
1. Only whole president. He hasn’t been president for a while.
2. The staff follow orders from the president. They’re not boxing up classified information for fun.
3. Maybe they did ask for it. The archives has been on this for like a year.
4. This assumes Trump has done nothing worth investigating.

Trump shouldn't have taken something that wasn't his.

How do you know that what he took wasn't declassified? He had the power to declassify anything he wanted while he was President.

I have a feeling this whole thing is going to blow up in you Democrat's faces, just like every other time you said "We got him now."

The DoJ has strict rules about communication with the president. They don’t directly report everything they’re doing. The president usually has common sense to stay out of it. Trump lacked common sense.
Raiding an ex-POTUS house is an act against all common courtesies. it is hard to believe DOJ did not inform WH / Congress. On the other hand, WH said that they did not know, only showing them weak and clueless. Biden may need to ask his handler before WH says anything. :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg:

Every presidency since Watergate has embraced policies for preserving DOJ and FBI independence from the President in certain law enforcement and intelligence matters. These internal regulations and memoranda, and the norms they foster, acknowledge the President’s ultimate power and responsibility for law enforcement and intelligence while at the same time recognizing that in certain matters, the Executive branch needs internal divisions of authority that achieve a type of independence from presidential control. One example is the restrictions that every administration from Carter to Trump has placed on communications between DOJ (including the FBI) and the White House concerning law enforcement investigations and other matters. Another is the Special Counsel regulations that govern Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s conduct and termination.

You're welcome.
Thanks. Those are the norms that the Trump sought to undermine at every turn.

What's your point? Hunter Biden isn't running in the next election, he is not on the White House Staff...

Your only aim is to throw shit... You have got nothing else... If you had anything other than this weak shit you would be throwing it..

By the way, if Biden did pardon him (which is doubtful) it would be still more understandable than the crooks covering for Trump getting pardoned..

Because Hunter Biden is aware of the criminal corruption his father was involved in. Hunter is a drug addict, and drug addicts are weak. It only takes a little squeezing and they'll spill their guts and rat out their own parents to keep from going to prison.
