‘Trump Employee 5,’ who unknowingly helped move classified documents, speaks out

If you really listened to all of those people you have a serious case of selective memory.
More like a good filter for lying bullshit and phony "alternative facts."
For example I just drove out on an errand around town and listened to Sean Hannity bloviating to his clueless listeners about how Biden "never had the authority to declassify documents like Trump did."
Of course I KNEW this was complete BULLSHIT because I have done my research on the subject, and lots of it.
Hannity is lying through his teeth. He knows it. He's just banking on the fact that clueless MAGAts won't do their own research and will just take his words at face value and hopefully parrot them to others.
There is a specific process for the declassification of top secret and classified material.
No one person has the authority to do it unilaterally.
Not even the POTUS.

Trump had the docs that were packed for him by GSA when he left the WH at the end of his term.
He didn't even bother with going thru them till the pricks in the archives started whining about missing records, an absolute lie, because every GD record the president has is filed in the computer hard-drives in the presidential archives. Everything Trump has is a copy of those files, not the other way around.
But this crapfest was designed to trick dumb-ass motherfuckers that don't not jack-squat about how records are kept in Washington. Even my service records and medical records are kept on file in the archives. My 2-1 file was sent to records to be filed in the historical files. The only originals I have are my DD-214 and my Navy medical records they returned to me after they made copies.
Trump is not allowed to have copies of ANY classified docs. Period. That is the law whether you Trump asslickers like it or not. Btw, if that asshole had a right to them why did he lie about it & attempt to conceal them from the F.B.I.?

Why? Because he's a no good criminal scumbag, that's why.

The questions Americans deserve answers to:

1) What was the general content of the docs Trump stole?

2) Why didn't he want to give them back?
Because he was going to sell them to our enemies or use them for blackmail.

Remember, we're dealing with a morally bankrupt criminal gangster.

There is a vast difference between Clinton's personal records and diaries, and the top secret classifed documents Trump stole, and probably sold on the black market.
Sold on the black market?

Do you understand people point and laugh at your buffoonery?

As I said, selective-memory.

  1. Biden didn't have the authority to declassify documents he had because he got them when he was a senator and VP. Only the POTUS has the authority to declassify classified information.
  2. The POTUS is the only person that unilaterally has the authority to declassify classified information. They can do it in an Executive Order. The question is over any classified material he takes with him when he leaves office.
  3. The president can delegate that authority to someone else.
The majority ruling in the 1988 Supreme Court case Department of Navy vs. Egan — which addressed the legal recourse of a Navy employee who had been denied a security clearance — addresses this line of authority.

"The President, after all, is the ‘Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States’" according to Article II of the Constitution, the court’s majority wrote. "His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security ... flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President, and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant."

Steven Aftergood, director of the Federation of American Scientists Project on Government Secrecy, said that such authority gives the president the authority to "classify and declassify at will."

Trump’s documents are classified until proven otherwise.

And he still is in trouble for obstruction of justice.

Of course your orange God would not provide a list of the materials he says he declassified, because he didn't actually do that.
