They were busing people around to different polls in blue states so they could vote multiple times.

They were using their mail-in ballots and filling them out for them.

They had several people registered in addresses and mailed ballots to the address....but none of them were actually living there.

I want to see proof that (according to you) after the debate was settled, the children of undocumented / illegal aliens were to be more entitled to U.S. Citizenship than the children born to any foreign ambassadors would be.

I disagree that the 14th Amendment was ever intended to include the births of children to illegals and reward their criminal entry to the U.S. with automatic citizen status for their children, if born here.

How could it have, considering that when the amendment was written, such problems were inconceivable because they didn't happen, so obviously, the framers of the law could not have and did not intend or imagine it would ever be interpreted this way leaving us wide open to savage abuse.

There is nothing in the Constitution that anyone should interpret as a free pass for criminal activity.

China has 500 travel companies operating who do nothing but ship pregnant chinese women here to have their babies, then they go right back home now US citizens to the tune of about 1.5 million now, enough to throw an election.

But the problem is that the SCOTUS is only there to interpret the laws as written, not to tweak them to adjust for modern needs, that is the Legislator's job, so don't be surprised if SCOTUS does not pass on this and does not change the citizenship law, they will leave that on the lap of Congress to solve by rewriting the amendment if they so want, which is after all, their job.

Firstly, there would be no need for the rewrite if the SCOTUS would interpret the damn Constitution in the context and spirit of which it was written.

Conness said he didn't care. Yes, the child of Mongolian parents, even those here illegally and temporarily, are automatically granted citizenship under the 14th amendment. It was passed with that knowledge completely accepted by the Senate, and later, the House. And precisely that was affirmed in Wong Kim Ark. I mean this case is laughable on its face.
