Supreme Court reviewing birthright citizenship

That's what I'm asking for.

Strange that a child born in a foreign country of American citizens/parents is still a citizen of the U.S., not the country where they were born, while a child born in the U.S. of foreign or even illegal aliens is automatically a citizen of the U.S. Something is really not right here.
If that country has birthright citizenship, they are citizen of the country where they are born. Ted Cruz had Canadian citizenship as he was born there. He renounced it prior to running for President so his dual citizenship would not be an issue.

It's been that way for more than 150 years.
