All of which vote majority democratic equals out to 69,019,140. Just shy of half of your 160,000,000 without counting all the other large, middle and small cities that reliably vote democratic.

So you really think everyone in the Greater Chicago Area votes monolithically Democratic? Or that they can all vote?

So let's take your "9 million figure". Not all of those 9 million can vote. Some are kids, some are immigrants, etc.

In a country of 350 million, your "9 million" represents less than 3% of the population.
