Anyone in this country, rather here legally or illegally, is under the jurisdiction of this country. Except for a few exceptions, like foreign diplomats and their families. It is simple, can you give an illegal alien a parking ticket? A noise ordinance violation? Sure you can. Can you give one to a foreign diplomat? Well yeah, I guess, but you couldn't enforce it. And therein lies the difference.
Interestingly enough, the reverse is also true. Foreign nations have no jurisdiction over their citizens while visiting here. None. Just as we have no jurisdiction over our citizens while they are abroad, unless on our territory, like a military base or an embassy. Rather you realize it or not, the government's position, the one you are supporting, turns all that on it's head.
Never mind that it violates almost five hundred years of common English law. Never mind that it absolutely complicates things from the very beginning of life right up until death itself. It all revolves around some kind of sick fantasy. All these people coming here, traveling thousands of miles, in some cases, literally stepping over dead bodies. The ones that have been here for decades, raised families, in the shadows. They are all part of a well organized, multi national, multi cultural, insidious plot to overthrow our government.
