Deaths in Florida are still in a downward trend and most of those test positives are just that. It doesnt mean those cases are hospitalizations or symptomatic. MOST of them are going to be mild cases as that is what we have seen with Omicron.

If we want to talk about an absence, we should talk about Biden's absence on Covid treatments like Monoclonal Antibodies, where Desantis had lead the way in his state. Biden only recently has started to catch on to this and the fact that Washington cant really micromanage this without states individually doing their part. Much like we have seen in Florida.
