Yes, the court system has been fairly good.... We have problems with blacks being jailed more for the same crimes that whites do not even get charged with.... But that extends from problems in governance prior to reaching the court.... And yes there have been the occasional death row guy being there wrongly, but there is no question, no doubt what so ever, that we in the USA has the BEST judicial system in the WORLD, even with its problems!
