The fact we have a high rate of reproduction comes from the fact we used to be prey.
Since we are not prey any more, we have to artificially lower our reproductive rate. Populations must NOT increase.

You better read the article slower. It says the value of all welfare programs, not just SNAP. Nobody has to buy a SNAP's card. What would be the point of that? You simply have to show an X income level and they mail it out to you every month. It's like Section 8. They give you a voucher every month and these people are using it to rent homes in the suburbs, something some working Americans can't afford to do.

Yes, it appears you no longer have to buy Food Stamps as they used to do.
But still, SNAP and section 8 do not provide much.
No one is getting wealthy on welfare in the US, and you pretty much have to have no income and lots of dependents, in order to get that. Males can only get it if disabled.
