You better read the article slower. It says the value of all welfare programs, not just SNAP. Nobody has to buy a SNAP's card. What would be the point of that? And again, if conservatives were against abortion, then there would have always been that precedent in the US, and there isn't.
There were no laws against abortion until around 1880.

Historically the rate of infant mortality was so high that many people do not give permanent names to their children until they are around 10 years of age or so.

Women in ban states will continue to have abortions, of course, doctors will simply call it something else. And women in ban states will continue with medical termination of their pregnancies.

And free states will document an increase in abortions as women in ban states travel to have the procedure.

Again, overturning Roe was about partisan rightwing politics, not ending abortion.
