There's a case to be made that inexperience and ignorance lead us to war.

You are mistaken.

International law, specifically Article 51 of the UN Charter, recognizes an inherent right to self-defense if an armed attack occurs. While Article 51 strictly mentions an actual attack, it is widely accepted that anticipatory self-defense is permitted against an "imminent" (immediate/inevitable) attack, though "preventive" strikes against mere future threats are prohibited
The UN is going bankrupt because it's members aren't paying their dues.

The UN should be disbanded because they are terrorist supporters and corrupt to the core.

been attacks for 47 years. you should read up your history. We were attacked in 1979. No one ever did shit about it. Now we have.

Even worse when you add in mental illness, megalomania, craven sycophancy and unlimited power.
There are cities in the middle east looking better than American cities run y Progressives. Since our Euro friends are not helping, we should easily take Greenland. Just like NATO we could have the Middle East Alliance Treaty Organization or MEATO. Set up a DMZ area on the Iranian mainland near the Strait of Hormuz and start charging for passage.

You've been reading selective history. We started our Iranian intervention in the 1953 Coup, when we (and the UK) installed a dictator sympathic to the oil interest of the West (or Money). In the 80's we materially supported the Butcher of Baghdad with arms and western technology that allow him to kill tens of thousands of Iranians, as well as a few thousand Iraqis. Hell we even sold Iran missiles in the middle of of that war.

the Zionists.

The sad thing is you really think which party is in has an effect on this.

The AIPAC tail wags the dog, no matter if it's a Republican Dog or a Democratic Dog.
I will disagree with you and I don't often...

Israel Government led by Bibi, they then used AIPAC to deliver the message.

Also you have MBS(Saudi Leader), he has been pushing it too. Jarad is basically his hire staffer...

Trump must be realising about now that he was fooled into a war by these... Putin is laughing his head off, all those interceptor missiles are now getting sent to the Gulf instead of protecting Kiev while Oil Prices are soaring...

Trump ignored his intelligence community and didn't even do the basics.

US had a game plan to attack Iran which had some of these things involved:
1. Fill your reserves and all other reserves around the world
2. Form a coalition of your allies
3. Weaken Iran internally, create unrest and arm alternative government

Trump was played for a chump and attacked after been goaded by Isreal... US is paying the price...

What caused the wars in Syria and Libya?

This isn't even a relevant question and has no bearing whatsoever on what Trump has done. It isn't even a decent attempt at deflection.

Trump thinks war is "fun" and he doesn't give a rat's ass if Americans die. He likes having the power of life and death over people. That's REAL power.

Trump started this war to get Epstein off the front page.

I know one Iranian person with whom I have had a few conversations about life there before she left. The government is a repressive theocracy favored by enough Iranians to keep it in power. That isn't an indictment of all Iranians. But many are making life miserable for all.
The saying "Better 40 years of dictatorship/tyranny than one year of anarchy" is a well-known political adage often cited in the Middle East and Arab world to argue that a stable, authoritarian regime is preferable to the chaos, civil war, and uncertainty that can follow the removal of a leader

They fear anarchy more than any thing else
The concept is deeply rooted in Islamic political thought, frequently attributed to scholars or historical figures like Ibn Taymiyyah, who reportedly said "sixty years of an unjust ruler is better than one day without a ruler".

LOL SO what was the "imminent" threat of attack when Obama bombed the shit out of Libya for eight months?

No....he started it to get you libs to stop attacking ICE.

It's what he's been told to say.

The war is illegal under both US law and international by law, so don’t try to claim otherwise.

Trump had no legal authority under the Cobstitution to start this war.

Trump had no right under international law to attack Iran.

All of your snivelling will never change this. Trump is committing war crimes on numerous fronts both in his attacks on Venezuela, and Iran, and his attempts to take over Canada and Greenland.

Your criminal President is dragging your whole nation into a huge mess.

Odd that someone that is not even a American is so familiar with the U.S. Code and our Constitution. But that might be my "snivielling" talking.

For fk sake, 1979 was never defended

Did President Obama ever make the claim that there was? Did he ever say he made the decision based on his feelings that there was? Wasn't that in coordination with some of our NATO allies to enforce the UN Resolution 1973 that authorized the use of force to stop Kaddafi who was sending troops to massacre civilians in Benghazi?
