Well the video show this morning shows the kid was not threatened and killed Rosenbaum first and that is when the crowd started chasing him and the person who had his arm shot off actually had his hands up.

This video shows Rosenbaum chase Rittenhouse down before he got shot. Self defense.

The guy who got shot in the arm chased Rittenhouse down and was standing over him pointing a handgun at him before Rittenhouse shot him in the arm that was holding the gun. Later the handgun was confiscated by the police. That's clearly self defense.



This is an open and shut case of self defense and Rittenhouse will be acquitted as long as he is smart enough to exercise his right to remain silent.

If he stupidly submits to an interrogation he could easily get railroaded. It happens all the time.

The video I linked to shows Rosenbaum chase down Rittenhouse at ~1:50 in the video I linked to in post #48. I don't know why he was chasing Rittenhouse, perhaps he wanted to molest him, after all did 12 years in prison for that. Or perhaps it was a suicide attempt. After all, earlier in the video he was screaming "'Shoot me n!gger! Shoot me n!gger". Then he attacked someone who was armed with a rifle. Whatever the case, apparently he caught him and earned his Darwin award nomination.

Bummer that he didn't kill more of the anti-USA rioters. Unfortunately, the one guy who got shot survived and there was at least two more violent felons attacking him that he could have justifiably killed.
