Breaking News: Sandmann lawyer joins Rittenhouse team, says Zuckerberg a 'top' target of numerous 'solid' lawsuits

If you call a doctor a "quack", that is the textbook example for "defamation". Calling an innocent minor a "murderer" goes FAR beyond "quack". This is a slam dunk case that will net him 10's of millions of dollars.

If Rittenhouse thought he had a good case, he'd be running to court, not hiding from process servers.

He had every right to be there. What the fuck are you talking about?

No, he was in violation of the city's curfew.

You think a rational lawyer is going to bring a "hand sigals that look like white supremacy" argument to a court of law? Pfff

Actually, yes.

You see, the only reason he prevailed in the Criminal case is that the judge limited the jury's consideration to ONLY to context of the moments the shots were fired, and not everything that led up to them and everything that followed.

The civil case can get all that stuff in. They don't even have to prove "murder", they just have to prove that Rittenhouse's recklessness caused deaths.

No, this is the perfect way to screw over unethical lawyers. They have to keep paying over and over and over again.

That and they get stupid with anger.

Kinda like you.

So in a defamation case where Kyle is claiming that MSNBC called him a "white supremacist", the prosecution is ALSO going to imply that he is a white supremacist, and they are going to base that accusation on a picture where some random guy may or may not be giving a "hand signal"? Yeah, im sure thats going to go over well.

Actually, it's a good way to screw over the judge, and that isn't going to work out for him too good when this does go to trial.

I'm sure it will go over just fine when they also add in the video of him wanting to shoot a black man running out of an CVS. And you can bet the man has a whole bunch of "friends" who will tell them about every time he's used the N-word.

This is a court of law, not a dipshit democrat hangout. Your silly ideas arent going to cut it.

I agree, it is a court of law. It should have considered ALL the evidence in the criminal trial.

It will consider all the evidence in the civil trial.
what evidence did they not consider at the criminal trial?

I cant imagine that any lawyer would be dumb enough to do what youre suggesting.

Unless he gets OJ’s jury.

I can't imagine they wouldn't.

The whole point of the civil trial would be to show that Rittenhouse acted recklessly.
The fact that he was a racist and hangs around with them shows he was pre-disposed to violence.

Civil Courts don't have to find beyond a reasonable doubt. They just have to find to the preponderance of the evidence.

No wonder Shooty McFlopsweat is avoiding servers.

Lets see this evidence that you think the lawyers should submit to prove that he "hangs out with racists".

The people who accuse Rittenhouse of racism are themselves the racists. racism accusations are at Rittenhouse's feet, being leader of the NRA when LaPierre retires is his next big move

He's recorded on video wishing he had his gun so he could shoot a black man who was running out of a CVS.
He's recorded hanging out with the Nazi Proud boys.

Says a lot about his state of mind.

But you keep believing he was up there cleaning grafitti with an AR-15

The Proud Boys arent nazis. Your "evidence" sucks bro.

The Proud Boys arent nazis. Your "evidence" sucks bro.

Sure they are.

The Proud Boys’ actions belie their disavowals of bigotry: Rank-and-file Proud Boys and leaders regularly spout white nationalist memes and maintain affiliations with known extremists. They are known for anti-Muslim and misogynistic rhetoric. Proud Boys have appeared alongside other hate groups at extremist gatherings such as the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. Former Proud Boys member Jason Kessler helped organize that event, which brought together a broad coalition of extremists including Neo-Nazis, antisemites and militias. Kessler was expelled from the group after the violence and near-universal condemnation of Charlottesville rallygoers.

Other hardcore members of the alt-right have argued that the “Western chauvinist” label is just a “PR cuck term” McInnes crafted to gain mainstream acceptance. “Let’s not bullshit,” Brian Brathovd, aka Caerulus Rex, told his co-hosts on “The Daily Shoah,” an antisemitic podcast popular with the alt-right. If the Proud Boys “were pressed on the issue, I guarantee you that like 90% of them would tell you something along the lines of ‘Hitler was right. Gas the Jews.’”

White nationalists and neo-Nazis themselves have cited McInnes as a gateway to the alt-right. On “The Southern AF Podcast,” one former Proud Boy who went on to embrace white nationalism said he was originally drawn to the group because of its “pro-white sentiment.” “All his jokes, all his content when I first started listening to him,” he said of McInnes, “was all freakin’ alt-right stuff and racial issues and funny, comedic ways to like try to point out that white civilization has been superior.” Many Proud Boys like him have moved on to more extreme groups and ideologies.

Their leader is black and they have a bunch of members of various races? :cuckoo:
