Not even Benedict Donald's failure to enforce the conditions on the Taliban in the Doha Accords he negotiated and signed before our withdrawal where he withdrew all but the skeleton force of just 2,500 troop would result in criminal charges. Nor would Trump be charged with his catch and release in 2019 of migrants who surged across the border then. The above to be determined by a jury in a criminal court since they occurred after leaving office or were not with scope for the duties of the President.
