House Oversight chair Trey Gowdy has reviewed the 302s — the official notes of the FBI’s interview of Hillary Clinton — and told Megyn Kelly last night that he saw little effort by the investigators to put Hillary on the record in regard to intent:

How does someone investigate intent?

Do you think they are going to find out by asking Hillary what was her intent? Someone else can't testify to her intent. so the whole intent thing is just plain BS.

UNLESS, what he really meant by intent was she didn't have the intent to sell or give away secrets. In that case maybe he was right, but she is till guilty since intent isn't written into the law.

I think he didn't want a free ride to Fort Marcy park.
