Voters were told the cost would be $9B and passed it.Nobody’s fault but Democrats of California for willingly overpaying money to their comrades for doing nothing.Because Taiwan isn’t controlled by Democrats, duh.
Taiwan built high-speed rail, why can’t California?
Here is a pretty good reason. A High Speed Rail can only be built if it's put on a National Level. And then Nationally funded. That means that it has to be done at a Federal Level. It's expensive and intensive. ALL the successful high speed rails are Nationally supported and always will be. Or at least until they get the point of reach self sufficiency. Until the Feds pony up with a whole bunch of billions of bucks on a yearly basis, there just won't be a high speed rail.
CA has an economy 6 times that of Taiwan. What Taiwan lacks is Socialist democrat Hate America leadership
Maybe you just need to stop being a know it all
CA also has expenses at least 6 times as much as Taiwan. Does it need a High Speed Rail? Does the Eastern Sea Board need one? Or do we need to take care of other problems first. I vote for taking care of other problems. But that is just me.
Hey, I can't help it that your handlers haven't given you the correct 4 by 6 cards to cover any of this.
Again with the commie generalized statements? Which "overpaying" are you writing of?
It’s over $100B and 7 years behind schedule and not even a train to run yet.
