San Francisco is a shithole.

It was a shithole in the 70s and it's ten times worse today.

I lived in CA for close to a decade....and I had to leave because CA was becoming a zoo.

CA used to a Red state, but when they started dumping illegals into the state, they turned it blue and it has been turned into place where the standard of living is so low people are leaving in droves. People that moved there recently can't tell how good it used to be there. But when you bring millions of illegals into the state they think CA is paradise. The native borne are leaving for Florida or Arizona.

Furthermore, whether or not she failed the bar at any time in her life, is not the topic of my OP. The topic is Trump lying to his minions knowing that they will believe whatever he tells them and knowing full well that Harris did pass the bar otherwise she wouldn't have spent more than 3 decades as an attorney.

So you can quibble about calling what he said a lie, a false claim, or however else you want to frame it, but it all boils down to a lack of honesty. And I find it disturbing and sad that he has no qualms about misleading his followers the way he does and that they are so easily mislead.

Obviously Harris passed her bar exam...you would have had to to become a DA. I don't see any history of her actually practicing law in court so that's what should be pointed out if someone is claiming she has a "legal mind"! It's not like she worked her way up to partner at some prestigious law firm by dint of hard work and success in the courtroom. She slept with Willie Brown and he hooked her up. The biggest problem with Kamala has always been that she's lazy. She looks so ill prepared because she IS so ill prepared! It takes work to learn policy positions. Either that or experience. I don't question that people get preferential treatment because of endowments to the school or a legacy status...that happens literally every day and is just as wrong as affirmative action. It also carries with it the same doubts about the person who benefited from that preferential treatment. Why was George W. Bush looked down upon academically even though he graduated from one of the best colleges in America? We doubt that achievement because it was partially given to him because of his family connections.

BTW: It's common for law grads to take the bar several times before passing.
