I'm currently eating prunes daily and drinking two to three full glasses of water and a lot of fiber vitamins and I'm still pooping anywhere from three to six times a day and not being able to empty myself fully. Does anybody have any suggestions of how to change my diet because this has been going on for weeks now. I see my doctor on November 18th for my annual checkup, but any suggestions before then would be highly appreciated.

Someone probably already said this, since this thread is 4 pages, but FIBER! You need fiber. FWIW, most Americans don't get enough fiber.

And fiber is only in plant-based foods. Too much meat and dairy? You're going to have all sorts of problems, gaaaranteed.

ETA: and not a fiber pill, just eat more fruits, veggies and other plantbased foods!
