9. He should do at least a year in jail for the man.

Accidental shootings that result in death always end up with the shooter being charged with Manslaughter (criminally negligent homicide) and having their day in court. That's the way the system is supposed to work. Well not always any more it seems..........

At least criminal negligence or unintentional manslaughter. The actor in the movie isn't responsible for the weapon. By the time it reaches the set it should have passed many inspections by the gun wranglers and the safety personnel, that's why they are being fined by the state of New Mexico.
