It is both for us. We are no longer speaking to some family members and definitely have several former friends due major political view disagreements.

How about you?
My wife has family members that no longer want to see me because I agree with the COVID vaccine and they don't.

Naw, I'm not a right wing freak who loves guns.

But anyway, it seems you guys are pretty upset for folks who "Won".

Buyer's remorse is setting in and you haven't even gotten the delivery yet.

Trump will destroy the GOP in the end, and we'll all be better off for it.
Now I see why you worked for supply in the Army. The load you dish out is amazing. We have no buyers remorse. Guns are not a problem. It is like blaming the hammers and saws for the carpenters. The killers are not normal people. And despite all your caterwauling, we still have our guns. For our own personal reasons.

I have no family or friends to lose

I ditched everyone -- long time ago LOL

true story

No one is good enough for me

lol

I tend to not let politics get in the way of any family relationships or friendships. I have friends who are real Trump supporters. It doesn’t bother me.

Here is my philosophy: if a political discussion gets heated, I will steer the conversation away from politics; if I know the individual is boisterous supporter of let’s say Trump I will say nothing and let them speak on and on.

What a wimp

Your family is correct.
People are dying or becoming "deformed" or disabled due to the vax. And since no one knows who is going to endure such a tragedy and who is not...

DON'T TAKE the damn thing

Oh, I agree; killers are not normal people.

Yet it is WAAAAY to easy for them to get guns in this country, that's the point.

In fact, every time some maniac shoots up a school or a theater or a shopping mall, we find out two things.

1) Everyone in their life knew they were nuts.
2) It was way too easy for them to get a gun, even one with a high level of firepower.

But back to Trump. 50.3% voted for him in an election where people just kind of resigned themselves to the result. Less people voted this time because they've kind of given up.

When (not if) Trump messes things up, they will all regret it.

I thought my No vote was a little ironic .. and comical.

I haven't lost friends or family because I don't have any friends/family to lose anymore (largely by choice.. although I didn't really want to lose a couple of them...sigh--- just seemed that maybe they didn't like Jesus much so things didn't work out

Actually, I did lose relationships over.. not so much politics but the religion behind my politics. I'm a traditional Catholic so of course I was going to vote for the candidate who best fits that description: obviously: Trump.
