I have empathy for the MAGAs. They dont really know any better because many of them have never encountered a con man. They assumed he had their values just like he said... before they knew he had none. I give them a hard time here but honestly I feel for them/you.

You seem like someone who doesnt know about half the food stamps go to children and about 11 million children are born into poverty and nearly 40% live in low income homes. There are 2 choices. Help or do nothing. Fraud and waste is about 1%.

I'll give maga credit here. I assumed there was nothing in the files and that the cops would have charged any crimes with prosecutable evidence. I was half right.
