Yep and they aren't making that rule the Gov't is making the rule for them. Just as it did for the basketball teams in NY so that Kyrie Irving cannot play now.Restaurants are private businesses.

The states have the right to make laws regarding public health, for example sanitation requirements, I would think this falls within that purview, but it could end up decided in the courtsYep and they aren't making that rule the Gov't is making the rule for them. Well, thanks for confirming what we've long known about you guys, your concern ends the moment it passes through the birth canal. Couldn't have said it better. Bravo! The only time "forced gestation" is at play is when a woman is raped. Otherwise, you pay your money and you takes your chances.
That's it. We can start there.
Second, because a woman has sex, then gets pregnant and decides to raise the child is not an excuse or reason for instituting your Socialist Utopia.
It's just this simple. Do not kill. You do not have a right to kill. Especially not what YOU created.
See how simple that is?

Time to pass laws con-trolling men's reproductive organs.......maybe mandatory vasectomies.
The Gallup for 1975 shows support for Roe v Wade, ideals changed little between 1975 and your 1989 pollYou are going to have to give me some proof of that.
I looked for it myself but could only find info going back as far as 1989 by Gallup.
In 1989, 58% of people didn't support overturning Roe V. Wade.
I tried using keywords "majority people opposed roe v wade when it was decided."
Nothing came up.
I remember when it was decided. I don't remember a majority opposing the decision or abortion.
So please, provide some credible proof of that.
This nation overturned slavery.
The court would need the evidence that Roe v Wade should be overturned and I doubt that will happen.I doubt the court has the balls to overturn Roe v Wade
They will offer up further whittling down of abortion rights and a means for states to effectively ban most of it
Via a change to the Constitution.
We rectified a wrong. The same needs to be done for abortion. Its wrong. Its just that simple.
The far right doesn't want women to be equal to men in this country.Mississippi is requesting that Roe/Casey be overturned, that’s the question before the court – not the Constitutionality of the 15-week ban.
Also, listen to today’s oral ‘arguments’ – there is no five-vote majority to uphold Roe/Casey allowing the states greater restrictions.
Roe/Casey will be overturned – millions of women in anti-choice states will lose their right to privacy, subject to the tyranny of the authoritarian right.
Let us know how the progress on the Amendment is going.
