they are only talking about firing judges because they didnt get their way. That is a direct attack on an independent Judiciary and you dont mind at all, dont get the ruling you want fire the judges and appoint yes men in their place. tat is illegal as hell.

The size of the court is determined by legislation. So is the mandatory retirement age.

Why do you think it would be illegal for the legislature to legislate?

Refusing to vote on a judicial nominee isn’t any different. They didn’t want to vote on Garland because Republicans wanted to get their way. The only difference is that you get what you want.
