They lost, they have gone insane with loony ideas to save the overruled redistricting.

They don't care about anything other than raw political power.

...

Plan #2 is to replace the Supreme Court through retirements presumably by impeaching them and have a CIA officer-turned-governor replace them with a group of Brazilian-type justices along the lines of Alexandre de Moraes, who just makes up lefty rules as he goes along and jails anybody he likes.

The conversation reflected the desperation and fury that have gripped the party after the state Supreme Court struck down a favorable map that had been ratified by voters. The most dramatic idea they discussed — which would involve an unusual gambit to replace the entire state Supreme Court, with a goal of reinstating their gerrymandered map — drew mixed reactions on the call, said the people, and it was not clear that it would even be viable, or palatable to Gov. Abigail Spanberger and Democrats in the Virginia General Assembly.

The best way to save Democracy is to go all Bolshevik. Perhaps they could all get competing Hammer and Sickle and Totenkopf tattoos while they are at it, to complete the transformation of the Democratic Party from a crime syndicate bent on pillaging the country through fraud into a full-fledged communist party.

Their biggest benefactor and influencers are the CCP who want global socialism with China First attitude and destruction of economies due to "climate change".

Thus, they will emulate their boss, whether unwittingly or not and desire overextension of government power.

Both sides have been on power trips lately but it is a chicken and egg scenario. The checks and balances are needed where situations are not clearly outlined in your Constitution or other legal frameworks.

Here is a worse consideration in this ruling though. Racial loyalty is so strong with black voters and the Dem Party that any state understands that they can influence the vote via realignment based on race.

Is that an encouraging sign or a horrible indication of Groupthink and excessive political division in America?
