Birthright Citizenship…Arguments to begin this week at the Supreme Court.

That would be up to China. Do you live in China?
No it wouldn't.

Pregnant women give birth. They do not "pop." Were you "popped" or birthed

I don't remember......only thing I can recall is some guy in a mask hung me upside down and hit me on my ass.

Been looking for him all my life.

Popped a kid is slang for 'the birthing experience '.

I wouldn't presume to know much if my only source was Wikipedia. Sorry.

Bottom line is that the 14thA was written to make slaves citizens though they were not born here but clearly was not intended for just anyone born here as the Indian was not made a citizen until 70-80 years later when a separate law was passed to cover them as well. Had the 14th covered anyone just born here, there would have been no need for the Indian citizenship bill.

Sadly, no child of an illegal alien plopped out here is truly subject to the US government's jurisdiction but to that jurisdiction from which the parent's came.

hahaha…the globalist pukes are trying REAL hard to protect their livlihood.
(watch this Delldude )
Unkotare do/does America/Americans benefit from the current practice of the 14th?
Do you hope they benefit from a new interpretation?
(watch him hack the context…we all know why he does that)

Does China have Jus Soli as citizenship?
From your favorite source:

No, China does not primarily grant citizenship through birth within its borders (jus soli). According to Wikipedia, China's nationality law mainly operates on the principle of jus sanguinis (right of blood) and has limited provisions for jus soli.

...do/does America/Americans benefit from the current practice of the 14th?
....
You'd have to ask those who wrote the 14th Amendment, or stop being painfully stupid and become a Supreme Court justice.

I’m asking you for your personal opinion…

If a Mexican national gives birth to a parasite on U.S. soil is said parasite a citizen of Mexico?
This is a simple question for a licensed indoctrinator….

SUPREME COURT TO FINALLY HEAR ARGUMENTS ON THE ANCHOR BABY SCOURGE

If SCOTUS rules for good real core Americans should we be ready for cities to burn down? What if the ruling is retroactive? What if we have to send home all with an illegal lineage? How will people prove their legal lineage?

What would be the SC's argument to negate birthright citizenship? They will rule in favor of the Constitution. The only way to negate citizenship for the sprogs of illegal aliens is for congress to change the Constitution. Makes me wonder what the GOP is waiting for.

...
If ...gives birth ...on U.S. soil ....?
As of right now, that baby IS a US citizen. Somewhere, right this minute, a baby is being born in the US. That baby IS a US citizen and always will be, no matter what any brainless coward like you wants.
