Although I’m not a supporter of anchor babies, I do not see the court overruling the 14th as it stands. Congress and a president needs to amend the constitution. No, I don’t believe you should automatically be given birth right citizenship if neither one of your parents are American citizens.

Let's say the Chinese plant a pair of spies (moles) here that infiltrate and blow up a Nuclear Reactor 20 years later that kills Millions of Amerian Citizens. Are their children born here Citizens?

If China Invades us with 20 Million Soldiers, Male and Female, Occupies the Western USA for 10 years before they are driven out, are the children they have while here automatically US Citizens?

SCOTUS needs to change the ancient ruling to read, "Those who had a legal right to be here in the first place..........."

That wouldn't change the original intent of the ruling and it would bring it up to date with modern society. The Chinese fellow the original case was about had every right to be here. Illegals do not. Neither do saboteurs. Or invading soldiers. Or invading Martians.

It's not complicated to fix it. If you have a legal right to be here........ Simple. If you don't, you need to leave and take your unwanted spawn with you
