Are trans in Florida discriminated against.

Everyone who complains gays are “in your face” about their sexuality
Not related to the thread, but I don't want that either. Who the hell wants someone flaunting their sexuality for attention? You don't think you would get the stink eye from liberals if you wore a tshirt with "Straight Pride" brandished in large letters?? Or a bumper sticker saying "Straight and proud of it".
Same thing. A persons sexuality is their sexuality. It isn't something to make a spectacle of.

Like I said...
It is discrimination against women to expect them to be okay with being forced to have to no choice in the matter. Exactly like someone else said, if the man is passing that is one thing, most women won't know it is a man. But the majority of them are not passing. Not even a little bit. And to force women to have to be in bathrooms and dressing rooms with them is unconscionable and with complete disregard to half the population so they can virtue signal about a tiny portion of the population.

The key word is "force". It's a progressive "thing". They don't care what real women has to say on the matter, they just shove it down their throats.

Just like in sports.
Young girls for generations fought to have female sport teams. They were not allowed to play sports in schools across America for most of our history. They fought hard to get competitive sports for women. Now the regressive left demands to allow biological males destroy all of that and take it all back away again - AGAIN - so they can virtue signal about it.

She could sue if anyone beats her daughter in the girls bathroom
and once again a dem deflects ... you should know theres a big difference between being beaten up by a man than it is to be beaten up by a woman ... since you have probably been beaten up by both .

why would you respond by calling an op a lie? Neither you nor Peneolpe have any history of blatant factual mispresentations, which several other posters show.

And btw, the facts are perfectly feasible. I have a co worker may be trans, I don't know and don't really care. My daughter's in a post-graduate medical degree program, and .... not big deal. I'm still not sure what one calls a person who prefers gender neutral pronouns, but I try to cope. LOL
not sure what to call them ? simple just call them democrats .

By the way, since you Libtards are so confused about Biology let me 'splain this to you.

There is no such thing as a tranny. Just some males dressing up like females and females dressing up like males. It is pretty damn sick in the mind but it ain't Biology.

We don't discriminate against the trannies here in Florida.

However, unlike the Democrat run Communist states we don't kiss their ass.

It's all true.
Some of it strains credulity. Examples:

I have a trans daughter. She’s a straight-A student who’s looking at colleges. She’s not visibly trans. She’s petite with long blonde hair, a cheerleader.
I have yet to see a "transwoman" or "transgirl" who was not obviously male. If she is over 18, post a video, and we'll see how "passable" your "transdaughter" is.
Her passport is female. Her birth certificate, which went through a legal process in the deeply Southern state where she was born, is female, as is her Social Security card.
How is a Social Security card male or female? That must be something new.
Her driver’s license, which she’s looking forward to, will be female. She won’t go through a male puberty. No one at her current school, except for administrators, knows that she’s trans. She’s smart and funny, and her main concern right now is her math final—as it should be.
snip
Then what is the problem?
What parent would send their child to college at a place where they face criminal charges every time they use the bathroom? Of course, many have no choice, financially.
If she is completely passable, will have a "female drivers license," and no one knows that she is trans, how will she face criminal charges? This is where your story begins to resemble a badly written high school essay.
The out-of-state option at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth will cost a total of $120,612 while the in-state FSU option comes to $22,624.

Because of Governor DeSantis’ anti-trans bathroom bill, this family would be looking to pay an extra $97,988 for a college degree than without this law on the books. This law acts much like a penalty of almost $100,000 because your child is being discriminated against in the state of Florida for being transgender.
Why not simply move out of Florida?

Not a deflection

It was an assault.
The race, religion or sexuality of the assailant has no bearing

A Transexual is more likely to be assaulted while using a restroom than to commit an assault.

Or maybe, just maybe they shouldn't be in restroom that's not for their sex.

And that’s the problem…

People gotta pee

You will bitch it a transexual with long blonde hair and a dress uses a stall in a woman’s room next to your daughter.

You will also bitch if that same transexual in a dress uses the urinal next to your son.

Do you use women's restroom?

Care to back up that fantasy with actual factual information or can we just assume you pulled it out of your closeted ass.

Every fucking time, someone speaks out against the queers, the only thing queers seem to do, is say "well, really, you must be queer if you dont like it". Fucking insanity, this is what happens when Jimmy Carter allowed the mentally ill to be home with their families, instead of put where they cant harm themselves or others.

In-state tuition rates are one of the best things about Florida. Annual in-state tuition at Florida State University, for example, is $5,656. The transgender Florida resident who is now forced to look at out-of-state universities might take note of Massachusetts, where there are strong laws that protect trans people. However, the lowest tuition for an undergraduate degree within the University of Massachusetts institutions is $30,992 per year.
