But it was ok when Biden had classified documents in a cardboard box in his garage next to his old corvette even though he didn't have ANY authority to have them. It was ok because he didn't have the mental capacity to know that he had them or to recognize that he shouldn't. He admitted to having them to his ghost writer, so he knew he had them but didn't care, but that was completely ok.

BTW, there is no official process necessary for a sitting President to declassify documents.
