Neither. Both should love their neighbor -- BUT it does not require a nation to ignore its laws, security, or the welfare of its own citizens. Love is not the same as unrestricted access.

And yet you implied liberalism is inconsistent with Christianity. I don't believe it is just as I don't believe conservativism is inconsistent with Christianity. What is inconsistent with Christianity is the demonization of those that disagree with us.

I doubt all liberals are pro-abortion just like I doubt all conservatives are pro-life. Is there a tendency? Sure.
