• Iran kills whole nuclear program (monitoring and inspections)
• Stops support of Terrorist Organisations and enforce a ceasefire with Hezbollah, Hamas Houtis...
• Open the Strait of Homez

US WILL DO

• Stop all Bombing (in Iran, Lebanon..)
• Isreal moves back to original Lebanon border letting the people(1 million) return to there land
• Lift all Sanctions (oil and non-military immediately) and normalising of relations (over time)
• Phased return of frozen money over 5 years.
• Isreal to stop any new Illegal outposts in West Bank and open Gaza to all global services (negotiate)

What is doesn't include is:

• Any electoral reform in Iran
• Any recognition of Palestine or West Bank

In fairness that would be a great deal for Trump... He gets peace, Bibi would be pissed (he would have to face charges in Isreal). Trump could say he brought stability to the region and .

Harris was a dreadful alternative, but her handlers would not have permitted what is happening now. The Texas State Board of Education is considering changes to the state's English and social studies curriculum that would include Bible passages as required reading for public schools.
