The bill only applies to a minor who has been separated from the custody of his parent or guardian and is in need of any surgical or medical treatment. The minors don't decide their guardians do. Do you want children to die because the parents are no longer in the picture?

These schools are molding the minds of their students. Now parents are spending big bucks on tennis shoes because their friends has some. Now parents are getting into arguments with their kids because they want a Colin Kaepernick's tennis shoes. While Colin laughing at these kids' parents saying to himself, "That right, I have your kids eating out of the palms of my hands." Schools creates trends these days. But back in the days, that it was Popeye started children to eat their spinach. But now in these days, kids looks up to people like Colin as their role model.
