Be your own advocate. Research heavily what current research says on number of treatments. Often times far less are needed than given. Make sure the treatment isn't more dangerous than the cancer.
Which makes them experts at annoying everybody. LOL
I really do trust my oncologist and the great team he has put together. So far everything is going as he explained to me it would. I feel pretty blessed actually. But thanks. (And of course we have read up a lot of stuff on the subject, much of which is really REALLY bad advice.

I'm a tow truck driver during the day. I tow for the beach and state police mostly. I started running lights professionally in 1979. Mostly stopped when the children were young but started back after they got old enough. Keeps me from being bored.
