We flushed two miscarriages down the toilet. Sad we lost the opportunity to have a baby at those times but we cranked out another eventually. We certainly didnt lose two kids though. I am not going up to a mom who lost their kids at Sandy Hook and tell them "I know how you feel. I lost two kids too".
