When the human body has severe trauma, especially causing a death experience......it is nothing more than the chemicals in your brain and body either attempting to keep you alive or going thru the process of shutting down.

What these people see and hear are nothing more than wants, whims, and forgone dreams of things they wish would happen, want to happen, or dreamed of happening.

It's nothing but chemical reactions in the brain. Nothing more.

But obviously he was not talking about eliminating "Iran" ... he was talking about killing some of the worst criminals on earth at this time so that the people of Iran would have at least some opportunity to form a better government. All of us tend to
think that others are thinking like we think.
Or we think that others are thinking like somebody who
had an impact on our lives and then we read that impression
into a statement that somebody makes.

Trump is obviously hoping that the people of Venezuela and Iran
will rise up out of the horrible situations that they were in.
Getting rid of the horrible leaders in a nation shifts the political and economic environment in that nation.

What we think of as "civilization" here in Canada and the USA is also far more dark and predatory than we realize. President Trump knows a lot about how messed up our economy and society is. What we think of as "civilization" is not really very civil and serious changes need to be made here as well.

“I remember praying under that water. No fancy words, just, God, I’m scared,” Jeremy recalled. “And right then, silence. No bubbles, no sound, just stillness.”

According to the video voice ov account, during those minutes when his heart had stopped, he experienced what is known as a near-death experience. He describes being lifted from his body and entering what he said was a place of radiant light where he encountered Jesus.

but my impression is that President Trump is actually on the side of us Deplorables. Janitors, cooks, waiters, bellhops, construction works, electricians and we made President Trump a lot of money before he decided to run for President.

It's nothing but chemical reactions in the brain. Nothing more.

Since our bodies are similar to each others, we should be able to detect the chemical being released in the brain that causes people to "hallucinate". And why doesn't it show up in every individual in that situation?

The problem with the chemical theory is the information those people that had out-of-body experiences are able to recall.
One woman, blind from birth, watched doctors remove a tumor from her brain. There was no brain activity because to get to the tumor they had to shut her down completely. When she came to she told them what the instruments looked like that they used, the song the surgeon sang, that their scrubs were blue. How did she know what blue even looked like?

The woman who left the operating room and went up to the roof. She said there was an old tennis shoe up there. There was.
