The Supreme Court was *never* going to hand the election to Donald Trump

Though some, including Trump himself, are holding out hope lol
That is old news

the real battle is the Texas lawsuit backed by nine other states at last count that is pending in the high court now

Yup. Just heard that. Arkansas, Louisiana and more States are jumping on the band wagon.

Sadly, regardless of the outcome, the country is further divided than ever.

Trump and his hissy fits over losing, has been the greatest divider since the Big Hissy fit the South threw when they lost in 1860.

Putin Smiles.

Democrats have run a 4 year hissy fit over Trump beating Hillary, they just were able to use their embedded bureaucrats to make their mischief instead of having to sue like Trump is.

Before that it was the constant calling of GWB being pResident over the Florida thing.

Notice no one really said Obama was Illegitimate, they said he was a fucking tool.

If you actually believed your party was hard cheated out of an election, would you give up?

Be honest.
In truth? No. But you have absolutely no evidence to believe that.

There is no hard determination that fraud didn't happen either, and for some reason your side doesn't want to know anyway.

We are not talking 5%-10% of people thinking something stinks, we are talking over 30%-40% at least concerned something was rotten.

You can't dismiss that out of hand and expect people to just accept it.

4th Down, Time for one more play. You know what that play is called?

The Supreme Court upheld slavery in 1856. Five years later we had a civil war. Get ready.

This is all to setup a demand for a full investigation after the dust has settled. We need court actions now to allow for court orders to preserve all election materials.
Have not seen any evidence that even passed court muster yet. Still agree with your second statement of the need to preserve election materials. Sounds like a conspiracy theory akin to the Kennedy assassination. Doubt it totally at this point, and figure we would not get all the facts (if there are any) for a generation, but would like them preserved.

"Thus ends a month-long effort by Trump and his legal team to find some complaint -- any election complaint -- that the Supreme Court would consider and, in so doing, pry open the door to him somehow winning an election he quite clearly lost. "

Quite clearly lost a defective fixed election.

That has been demonstrated over and over again. Between the Dominion vote changing machines and
the forged fraudulent mail in ballots in these six states democrats have spent a lot of money and
committed election fraud countless times cheating their way to a win.

The Supreme Court has already shown they will step in and put an end to this sick farce,

Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Wisconsin have one more day to fix the problem they caused.
Then the court will fix things for them.

You assume this is a one game season. You would be wrong.

This is the long fight, and the goal is to prevent this from ever happening again.

36 hour voting period, in person voting unless cause, national holiday for all elections.

Dim sheep will accept anything if they see it on CNN.

The courts don't have the balls to overturn the election. What will have to happen is evidence will have to be presented to the people after Biden is in and then the entire process needs to be fixed.

36 hour election period, absentee ballots for cause only, national holiday for all elections.

They don't care because they won, and they know loose election laws help them win.

Why would Biden ever sign such a bill?

I disagree. I think the conservatives would have loved to find a way to keep Republican control in the White House.

I think they saw no viable way to do that without totally discrediting themselves and the Court and they certainly weren't going to even chance that for someone as fucked up as Trump.

Were it a more mainstream Republican? They well might have. (see 2000)

And that is pretty scary
Spot on.

Republicans have no problem with their minority rule contrary to the will of the majority of the people.

Then what? Count the preserved election materials three more times?

Hillary conceded the night of the election. The transition was started and a smooth transfer of power occurred. There was never really a question if it would happen or not.

The definition of insanity.

The evidence presented would have to be so overwhelming he would be shamed into it. Or it comes out before 2022 and Republicans get veto-proof majorities in both houses.

Not saying going to happen, saying it's what it would take.

Compare the signature outer envelopes to known voters. Confirm voters sent them. Confirm they are valid. Software checks, hardware checks, interviews will poll counters.

Right now all they are doing is re-counting, not investigating.

She didn't concede until Wednesday morning. Trump didn't claim victory until 2:30 AM.

For some reason Wiki gives Trump's time but no Hillary's time.

They were in shock, but deep down they knew they had people in place in the government to subvert Trump.
