Of course they were going to decide for conservative therapy.

But they’d also ignore their belief in the first amendment when they decide that a law that forces doctors to say specific things to women seeking abortion, even if they’re not scientifically valid, is perfectly okay.

Because the first amendment applies only when it’s convenient for them.

I have pointed out before I take parental rights seriously, even if parents do dumb things. If some muchausen by proxy mom wants to dress up timmy as tara and call him tara, the State should stay out of it. The line gets crossed when drugs and surgery get involved, and when people demand everyone else goes along for the ride.

It's a travesty a state passed this law, and even more of a travesty that one of our SC Justices thought it was fine and dandy.

This is the DEFINITION of a violation of free speech obviously: when the govt tells citizens "you can't say that".....

Can teachers tell their captive audiences (students) anything they want? Are therapists any different?
