Intelligent, thoughtful, ethical secular Jews understand that just because they might have had a great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great grandparent who lived in the Holy Land 2000 years ago, that doesn't somehow give them a right to take other people's homes, lands, much less dehumanize, brutalize and slaughter people.

According to the Biblical text, the Sanhedrin has to be established in the land and the Orthodox Jews must take charge of the government. The only "Goyim" allowed in the Holy Land are the Noachide, who are under the authority of the Sanhedrin and local rabbis/beit din. This is unacceptable:

can you show me reference to the Sanhedrin in biblical text? If not, show me the biblical reference to "local rabbis/beit din."

If you don't see the Jewish texts as authoritative, then why do you take the Torah statements against these behaviors as normative?
