"Obama: I'm Still Not Enforcing Immigration Law, No Matter What The Court Says " (Daily Caller)

Didn't he take an oath of office to uphold our laws ? Just asking

What law are you talking about and what specifically do you think he should be doing to enforce it?

Yeah, the jackass couldn't rush to a podium fast enough to give the middle finger to the USSC...and where were our politicians? Half of them were sitting on their asses on the floor of Congress holding a publicity stunt and raising money off the dead bodies of 49 Americans.

This is not knew. Almost immediately perjuring himself on the Bible, swearing an oath to defend and uphold the Constitution and Rule of Law, Barry declared to the American people that he would NOT enforce our laws. He declared to the American people that he personally did not agree with the Defense of Marriage Act, a US Law, and was going to order his (corrupt as hell) DOJ NOT to enforce it. Impeachment proceedings should have immediately started! If you have no intention of keeping your vow, of doing your job, and you announce you have just elevated yourself to 'Emperor' you MUST be removed rom office.

Obama should have been Impeached long ago, but our worthless POS politicians - on both sides - have no ethics, morals, or respect for the Constitution and Rule of law., and refused to do their jobs.

Kind of makes you laugh when Liberals start screaming about "Law of the Land".

They do that when someone mentions abortion but if the SC court rules against him, its cool if he doesn't enforce the law. They are to be laughed at.
Read up on it. The USSC just declared Obama can NOT continue refuse to deport illegals as he has been doing. Barry then immediately ran to the nearest podium to reassure illegals that he was going to ignore the USSC's ruling.

Nice spin... They didn't decide anything, the vote was a tie so it will be reviewed again in the future.

And it's not an issue of refusing to deport, the exec order was trying to grant a path to legal employment to a group of undocumented immigrants that have been living and working in the US for years. Deportation efforts have been and will continue to focus efforts per their priorities... Criminals and new border crossers

I used to laugh at squealing libturds a lot.

Kinda like a toddler in a restaurant. It's a little cute and sometimes funny, but most parents get control of the kids and quiet everything down. Libturds are the sort who ignore the screaming kid until everyone else is good and pissed off. Then get indignant when people cheer when they leave finally.

The decision was that OBAMA CAN STILL NOT REFUSE TO DEPORT ILLEGALS.

Yes, it can be reviewed again later, but for now OBAMA'S AGENDA takes a LEGAL hit, the decision that he has no right to refuse to deport illegals STANDS ...

...and Barry rushed to the nearest podium to reassure Illegals that he was going to continue to ignore the Constitution, the Rule of law, and the USSC. Nice try....

Elementary civics bed wetter. The ruling stands in the event of a tie. Your messiah is defying the law, but you don't care because you're a mindless drone.

Wake the fuck up already.

It was kicked back to the previous decision which was a decision that O wanted overturned but wasn't.

He's not refusing you idiot. He's saying that congress has only appropriated X dollars and those dollars will go to deporting criminals.

Obama concedes court tie means game over on immigration plan

Sorry, again, nice spin from an Obama supporter. As the NEWS MEDIA is reporting, Barry reassured the Illegals he will continue doing what he has been doing - ignoring / refusing to obey the law and the orders of the courts. He has already been held in Contempt twice and has refused to comply - is STILL refusing to comply - with court orders even today. Documented....but you keep stating your opinion.

Wrong.

This is a lie.

Immigration laws are in being enforced.

Priority is being given to gang members, drugs dealers, and other criminals to be deported first, which is appropriate and warranted.

When they've all been deported, 19 year old college students who came to the US legally when they were two will be next.

I'm up and at em... Defying the law? Does he belong in prison then? Perhaps he is just trying to actually get something done. Something congress has been unable to do for decades on this issue. I respect him for trying
