I am sorry, but it is a quite silly idea. To be an owner of a business, one should know how to run things and have other gifts of an entrepreneur.

Giving that to people who don't have such skills and what is even worse provide them with government financing is a way to nowhere.

Sure, unions should be able to strike against industrial operators like HC Frick who are willing and able to stand up to them. But the idea of public unions trying to screw the people, I disagree.
