So the government are offering all government workers a 3% pay rise this year.

But pensioners are being offered 10%.

The reason for this according to the half wit is as follows. Pensioners do not make anything so a large rise in pensions will not contribute to inflation.

Ok, so that sort of makes sense.

But soldiers and policemen do not make anything either. Neither do nurses and hospital cleaners. And yet they are getting 3%.

It is economically illiterate. Of course pensioners are more likely to vote tory. So there is that.

Yanno, there is this program that you can access via your internet connection called Google, and you can ask it any question you want, and get factual results. Sorry, but Britain isn't 97 percent white as you claim, it's actually only 87 percent, far less than what you claim.

You just stated the chink in democracy's armor, the fact that, political parties (of both stripes) can only be successful by pandering to their base.
