I don't believe that. They are sophisticated and extremely ruthless. I've seen very graphic uncensored videos of Russian special forces attacking, capturing, torturing and killing rebels in Chechnya. Comparatively, they make ISIL terrorists beheading journalists look like very nice kind people.The war, thus far, is showing that the Russian military is nothing more than a Potemkin affair.
